It has been realized that it’s necessary to monitor the cranes process, controlling the dangers and the security to prevent and decrease the safety accidents. - 5 cranes are placed on the construction spot. The farthest crane is 2km away from the control room.

Conceptual Analysis
- The control center and the cranes work with 300Mbps wireless device by point to point or point to multi-point transmission.
- Five or Six 960P camera can be carried by one 300Mbps wireless bridge, since the bandwidth at around 45MB/s in the range of 2km.
- Exploiting the relays to deal with the hindrance and invisible spots, but bandwidth decreases half if do the relays repeatedly.
- Using 5.8G wireless device to turn off the interference of 2.4G channel.
Take the lightning protection on the cranes and fit the ground lead(lightning protection of alternating current,direct current,antennas, feeders). Lightning rods are needed to set on the top of the cranes, fitting the ground lead well to flow the lightning into the ground. Good ground leading bring that mobile device is protected from lightning effect and working stably. It also avoid the electromagnetic interference by shielding.
Front Installation Design Scheme
- 360o camera, wireless CPE, regulator, lightning protection system and supports make up the front part.
- For the normal working the front camera and wireless CPE should not be installed on the crane booms. It’d better to set up on the climbing, lifted as the cranes rising,which gets power supply and controlled because near the control center but no influence to work..
- The Wifi control center made by wireless AP, keyboard, DVR and matrix.
- The video plays on the monitor directly from the wireless router CN353-H transmitting to control center then decoded with decoder.
