Factory Monitoring Solution
A series of problems have been found in the factory original monitoring system :
- It is hard to do wiring since large container trucks often get through the passages between workshop and shop
- Workshop and office environment is complicated
- Point layout is unreasonable,and an important part of monitoring points haven’t been set
- Factory dormitories and factories need to be added cameras
So we transform the entire system to solve these problems, after the transformation to achieve the purpose of the whole plant centralized monitoring.
Factory topology before transformation as follows:
1.Searching reasons for poor monitor screen and video cameras
2.Keep the useful NVRs,so they can be managed in monitoring center after the transformation

1)Check poor video cameras
2)For important points such as factory gates,main roads,We suggest to use bridge DIP3210-H,with AR9331+ SE2576L chipset,3km transmission distance,bandwidth up to 40MB/S,clear transmission quality.
3)For complex environment such as the workshop interior, public areas,we suggest to use bridge DIP326-H,with AR9331+ SE2576L chipset,2km transmission distance.

3.Network Video Transmission System Design
1)According to design requirements, various wireless bridge transmitter emits channel set to different channels, such as: 2.312G, 2.656G, 5.861G etc., to avoid possible interference.According to the site conditions, use different devices for different distances.Wireless bridges should be installed in the visible range as much as possible,and the receivers must be in the 60-degree range of the senders.

2)You can use parabolic or refraction transmission, and choose the walls which are mental or reflected strongly when the bridges can’t be in NVR.
3)The best 1.3 million high-definition camera stream is 4M, and the best DVR 1 video stream is 2M, but the bandwidth of bridge is only 40M or so.So we suggest to use another group bridges when you need more than 40M bandwidth.
