With the growing number of tower cranes using in the construction sites, the accidents frequently happened due to the careless and illegal operations. It leads to big losses on the personal safety and the property. It should be alerted that only the strictly supervised tower crane operation is the key to prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
To meet the need of the management of tower cranes, Todaair takes the advantage in the wireless surveillance sector and the powerful strength in the wireless devices, providing an efficient, reliable and competitive CCTV solution to the construction company.
There are two tower cranes in the construction site and one piece of 1.3 megapixel IP camera is installed in each tower crane. The interference of 2.4GHz is strong in this site. Besides, the power system is not stable due to the heavy machine. To protect the electronic devices, voltage regulator equipment should be included in this project. Furthermore, as the tower crane is very high, the devices will be affected in the storm, rain, thunder environment.
According to the project situation, Todaair plans to make a stable and efficient solution based on below points:

● Provide HD video data in order to identify the intrusion of unauthorized persons.
● The installation should be easy and the price is competitive.
● As the complicated environment in the construction site, the wired option is hard for the setting and costs much time which will affect the progress of the project.
The DIP356一H wireless access point is used in this system for the wireless signal and video data transmission from the cameras to the control room. The wireless devices are operating in the 5.8G band, which is clean and no interference, providing a stable transmission performance.
